Track campaign performance with timeline charts, trends, and exportable reports.

Gamosy provides detailed analytics to help you understand how your campaigns are performing.

Performance Dashboard

Click the chart icon in the campaign action bar to open the Performance panel.

Timeline Chart

A line chart showing key metrics over time:

  • Applications received
  • Keys distributed
  • Content submissions
  • Content approved

Date Range

Select a date range to focus your analysis:

  • Last 7 days — Recent activity
  • Last 30 days — Monthly overview
  • Last 90 days — Quarterly trends

Trend Cards

At-a-glance metrics with comparison arrows showing whether numbers are trending up or down compared to the previous period:

  • Total applications
  • Approval rate
  • Content submission rate
  • Average time to content

Click the bar chart icon for the Analytics panel with deeper insights:

Funnel Visualization

See how creators flow through your campaign pipeline:

  • Applied → Approved → Key Distributed → Content Submitted → Content Approved

Each stage shows the count and conversion rate, helping you identify where creators drop off.

Content Pipeline

Track the status of all content submissions in a visual pipeline view.

Per-Creator Breakdown

A table showing each creator's individual performance:

  • Their platform and follower count
  • Application date
  • Key distribution date
  • Content submission status
  • Engagement metrics (if content approved)

Cross-Campaign Overview

Your dashboard home page shows an account-level summary aggregating data across all your campaigns:

  • Total active campaigns
  • Total keys distributed
  • Total pending applications
  • Unread notifications

Exporting Reports

Click the Export button to download your campaign data:

  • PDF Report — A formatted document suitable for sharing with stakeholders, including charts, metrics, and campaign details
  • CSV Export — Raw data for analysis in spreadsheet tools

Reports include the campaign name, game, date range, and all available metrics.
