Starting Conversations

Learn how to start a conversation with a developer or creator on Gamosy.

Starting a conversation on Gamosy takes one click. Every conversation is scoped to a specific campaign, so context is always clear.

As a Creator

When browsing campaigns, you'll see a Message Developer button on each campaign card. Click it to open a compose dialog pre-filled with the campaign context.

  1. Find the campaign you want to discuss
  2. Click Message Developer
  3. Write your message in the compose dialog
  4. Click Send

A new conversation is created automatically. If you've already messaged the developer about the same campaign, the existing conversation opens instead.

As a Developer

When reviewing applications for your campaign, each application panel includes a Message Creator button.

  1. Open your campaign and go to the applications panel
  2. Find the creator you want to contact
  3. Click Message Creator
  4. Write your message and click Send

This is useful for asking follow-up questions before approving an application, coordinating content details, or providing key delivery instructions.

Campaign Context

Every conversation displays a context badge showing which campaign it relates to. This helps both sides keep track when multiple conversations are active across different campaigns.

If a creator applies to multiple campaigns from the same developer, each campaign gets its own separate conversation thread.

What Happens Next

After sending your first message, the recipient receives a notification (if they have messaging notifications enabled). The conversation appears in both your inbox and theirs. Navigate to Messages in the sidebar to see all your active conversations.
